Journaling is a powerful tool.
When I am in session with clients they are often unaware of how their mental/emotional wellbeing affects their physical health and wellbeing.
When it comes to implementing behavioural change knowing what your current state of mind is, and knowing what our beliefs around our health and wellbeing are is important for moving through inevitable barriers that can arise.
I talk a lot about embodiment, which is the integration of the new behaviour, energy or version of self that you want to become.
Self knowledge IS the most powerful knowledge, because the degree to which you know yourself is the degree to which you can show up as your most authentic self, and this is inextricably linked with your health and overcoming any health challenges you may have.
If you are new to journaling, be gentle with yourself, it may feel strange and you may not have any immediate answers to the questions below, just write down what ever comes to you. Try not to “THINK” too hard about it.
Grab your journal, a cup of herbal tea and take 10 minutes to connect with yourself. Before you start take some slow deep breaths, ground yourself and then begin.

To reach our fullest potential, we must go inward, to really get to know ourselves, question our
current beliefs;about ourselves and our perception of the world.
It is through our trans mutated suffering that we reach our radiance, we go into the darkness to
find the light.
All the answers we need are already within us.

How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning?
How do you want to feel in your body throughout the day?
Think of a belief you have now that may be limiting your ability to progress to your vision of
health and wellbeing? How could things be different if the opposite were true?
If you already felt how you desired to feel, what choices would you make as you moved through your day?
Is there something that you can begin doing right now that will take your closer to your desired outcome of health and wellbeing?
